Hi there,I just bought the Komplete 11 Ultimate as an Update (History: Komplete 8 - Komplete 9 Ultimate Upgrade), so I am allowed to buy and activate the latest Update. I found some threads with information about whether to install older versions first, to update/upgrade from scratch or not, but Martins posts confirm, that this doesn't have to be done.First, Native Access took me a lot of time to update, because it refused to do it itself. Unpacking the archive and install in manually worked. Now I have Version 1.0.19.Activation of the product was easy and worked well with 'Add a serial'. Productlist in my account shows, that it has been activated and should be available with Native Access. But when I open the category 'Not installed' I just see the three free products 'Kontakt 5.5.2 Player', 'Reaktor 5.9.3 Player' and 'Reaktor 6.0.3 Player'. I purchased other products seperately long time ago which should be available in Native Access, too.But there are neither the products I got long time ago nor the new ones within Komplete 11 Ultimate.

I am very sure that I logged in correctly.But that's not all. I tried to install the free products to check, if it would work. Whenever I launch Native Access, it automatically asks me to enter the product serial number for Komplete Ultimate 11 upgrade. I enter the serial number exactly as shown on the card (i.e., the card that came inside the box with the KU11upg installation drive). About five seconds later, Native Access shows the following message 'Something went wrong during the registration of KOMPLETE 11 ULTIMATE. Registration error: You do not have a qualifying base product for this license'. I have attached an image of Native Access.The bottom line is this cannot possibly be accurate, because I can see everything I own from inside Native Access, already.

In fact, I can open the NI Service Center application, and I see an even more complete list there, which includes Komplete 8-10 Ultimate, respectively. I can also clearly see all of the products - and their corresponding serial numbers - when I login to the Native Instruments website and look at the products I own.I'm a software engineer by day. I am guessing the problem is related to the rollout of this new Native Access-based registration system.I submitted a support ticket yesterday or the day before, and I'm waiting for their help with this. I am having a similar issue but in a different way then both of you. I have been a Komplete User since KOMPLETE 7, which is what I still currently have installed and use for production.

I just purchased the update (that the website said was compatible to update from 7 to 11) and am unable to successfully install. I go to Native Access and enter the serial as directed on the website, it confirms the serial and says a new product is available. Then there is a button directly below where you insert your serial that says 'Install New Products' (as if it is going to install the product for which you entered the serial for).

Also, keep in mind that on my actual NI account on the website, in the downloads and serial number section, it says to download the Komplete 11 update through Native Access.However Native Access isn't doing anything, not even giving me an error message.Please someone shed some light, there is very frustrating and the customer service/tech support is BS. I have spent thousands over the years on NI software and hardware, I would expect a more tailored customer service program than they have (it took me forever to find a tech support number, which I have called three times and have been hung up on/or call dropped all three times although I find it hard to believe my call dropped every time.) I am trying to get 11 installed so that I can use the new Kontrol S49 I also just purchased from NI.

Click to expand.I was finally able to figure out why I was having such problems, however I still do not have Komplete 11 Ultimate installed yet. My problem turns out to be the difference between 'Upgrade' and 'Update'. I meant to get the 'Update' but I actually purchased the 'Upgrade'. (I wondered why my email receipt showed $599 instead of the expected $399!

I was way too busy to double-check until recently.) So, technically, Native Access has been accurate. I do not have a product that qualifies for the 'upgrade', because there's nothing to upgrade.

I always own 'Ultimate' (8-10).NOW, my problem is converting my erroneously-purchased 'Upgrade' to an 'Update', which was my original intention, anyway. I have contacted NI support about this, asking for their advice (about a week ago). I'm guessing I will get a $200 NI store credit for the extra. It took a long time, but they did eventually help me, and I have since installed what I originally intended.If you haven't yet, follow the support instructions on the NI site. Once your help ticket is in their system, they will eventually get back to you to solve the problem.

I believe their help desk is fairly small, which is why it takes a while for them to work through the help tickets. But they WILL get back to your and help you.
